These Terms & Conditions and your use of our website are for within the United Kingdom and under UK law, therefore governed by English law. By using this website you have agreed to submit to the non –exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. We do consider orders from outside the United Kingdom but, give no warranty, expressed or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non –UK laws or regulations.
1. Definitions.
The ‘Customer’ i.e. the individual, or organisation who purchases or agrees to purchase the goods from the Company.

The ‘goods’ i.e. the items which are supplied by the Company to the Customer.
The contract between the customer and company, for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. At this point the customers credit/debit card will be debited for the value of the goods dispatched.
2. Prices
The prices on our website are correct at the time of press. Whilst we make every effort to maintain prices and the availability of goods, the prices and availability of products can and will change. Every effort is made to inform the customer if there is a change in the price. For our delivery charges please see Postage & Packaging.
3. Payment
Payment is normally required at the time of ordering by Credit or Debit card, or by sending a cheque or arranging a bank transfer.
4. Your Right to Cancel
The Company reserves the right to refuse returned goods ordered in error. Such errors must be notified to the Company within 7 days of receipt of goods. The Company will always consider any reasonable request to cancel an order but, for any product which has been specifically made to order, for or on behalf of the customer, cannot be cancelled without written notice or good reason.
5. Returns Policy.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, it should be return to the Company within fourteen days. We will offer you an exchange of goods or at our discretion a refund, provided, the product is returned complete, unused and in perfect condition, with the original packaging. Please ensure you read our Caring for your product. We cannot accept items for exchange or refund if they have been damaged within the dishwasher or by failing to adhere to our care instructions.
6. Conformity of Goods.
Great care is taken to ensure that the description and specifications of our products are correct at the time of publication. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in appearance caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. It must be understood and accepted by the purchaser, that because the majority of our products are Hand Crafted Hammered Stainless Steel, they may vary slightly in weight and design from original items purchased.
7. Disclaimer.
While the company tries to ensure the information on the website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness, and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the faults arising from the use of such information.
Whilst the Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption, of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system. Furthermore the Company will not be responsible or liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with the Company.
8. Satisfaction Pledge.
We try to display on our website the majority of items in our current range and stock products and designs, whilst an item is still being manufactured. It is possible that an item could be out of stock or discontinued, if this happens then you will be notified on your order conformation. All dates stated for delivery are estimated delivery times only and are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (Postal strike etc)
9. Placing an Order.
To process and dispatch your order, we need all your details. Correct billing address, correct delivery address and correct postal code, telephone number and E-mail address. The Company does not accept liability for incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.
